How to Journal for Success and Stress Relief

If you’re like a lot of people, you’ve been feeling pretty stressed out lately, whether it’s your job, your health, or even your relationships.

I know that’s happened to me. And I suspect it might have happened to you, too.

So in today’s episode, I’m going to share a very simple technique Oprah Winfrey uses to reduce stress and have a greater sense of peace and perspective.

Okay, today, I’m going to share with you a simple technique that has been used by Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, and even Albert Einstein to stay centered, focused, and at peace.

If you do what I’m going to share with you – as simple as it is – I can guarantee you it will reduce your stress.

And best of all, it’s super easy to execute. It just takes 10 minutes a day, and if you do it for 7 days in a row, you’ll see the results and will end up saying, “I can do this for 10 minutes a day.”

What is it?

It’s called journaling. And the most successful people on the planet use it as a way to reach their aspiration line.

We all have an aspiration line and it’s the version of ourselves that we know we can become. In other words, it’s our ideal self and it’s what we’re all aspiring to be.

You have an aspiration line. I have an aspiration line. We all have an aspiration line and we can use journaling as a way to work towards what we want to become.  

When you journal, it can help you achieve your goals, gain self-confidence, improve your communication skills, find inspiration, and reduce your stress and anxiety.

Plus, getting started is super easy.

Just buy one of these. And start recording your thoughts and emotions around any number of topics.

You can keep a dream journal. A fitness journal. A food journal. A day’s events journal. Or, my favorite, a gratitude journal.

In fact, Oprah Winfrey says that one of her secrets to success is that every day she writes down 3 things she’s grateful for in her gratitude journal.

It helps her keep her perspective on the ups-and-downs she faces each day. And it helps her stay grounded in the joy of life around us.

So, if you want an simple way to reduce stress, then do me a favor – spend 10 minutes a day for 7 days in a row writing in a journal, and then see if your stress level has been reduced at the end of 7 days.

I can guarantee you, if you do it for 10 minutes a day for 7 days in a row, you’ll have a greater sense of peace, perspective, and prosperity.
